Justin A. Moore, CPA/ABV, CVA is a senior tax manager of Stanfield & O'Dell, P.C. Justin received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1997, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Tulsa in 2001.

He has been practicing public accounting since 1997. Experience includes senior manager with local CPA firms. Areas of focus include consulting and tax planning for closely held businesses and individuals, including representation before the IRS in tax audits, and preparing valuation studies of privately held business interests for a variety of purposes, including acquisitions and divestitures, management decisions, employee stock ownership plans, estate and gift tax returns, buy-sell agreements, business succession planning, and divorce proceedings.

He is a CPA in Oklahoma, and a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, including the Tulsa Chapter. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, including the Forensic & Valuation Services section, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Justin has been married to Nancy over 12 years and has one daughter Mackenzie Ann age 6 and one Son Ethan age 4. Justin enjoys various sporting and outdoor activities, including running, biking hiking, skiing and golf. He also enjoys cooking and traveling with his family.
